The person in charge of my order, messed up twice and made me waste my time. She had to redo the order once (and I was very patient about it) once she redid it, then, she did not put the suite # and I sent her 3 email indicating that and she did not reply to any of them. Then she calls to ask me if I got my package. She should have given me the tracking number. Once she finally found out the tracking number it indicated that it had not been delivered because it had no suite number. Now she says "I am so sorry" but does not give me a solution to my problem. Nobody from hello direct has contacted me to tell me what's the next step. Not even her supervisor.
